I bought the John Deere used but the local dealer has just about any part IN STOCK that I can go pick up in minutes, fix the tractor and get to work again.and this is for a 20 year old model. I can tell you that while my support from Kioti has been good under warranty, getting parts can take weeks. I own a Korean tractor (Kioti) and a John Deere. They seem to be trying to get a foothold in the North American market in the crowded and popular compact tractor segment, but aren't well established here yet. TYM is a large manufacturer overseas and I think they now own Branson and Kukje brands, and build smaller tractors for Mahindra. Dealer/parts support matters way more than the color or brand of the tractor.
